The NAB Colorist Mixer report 2023<\/b><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]After\u00a0a gap of 4 years the NAB Colorist Mixer<\/a> made a triumphant return to Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

Hosted\u00a0on Sunday night, the first night of NAB at the Gordon Biersch Brewery just a\u00a015min walk from the convention centre.<\/p>\n

Since\u00a0the last Mixer in 2019 the producing has moved to the Colorist Society<\/a> with iColorist<\/a> continuing with the hosting duties.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s\u00a0a non for profit event, so it made sense to bring all the Mixer finances under

\"\"250 attendees came from locations all over the world. The\u00a0famous Mixer quiz got the evening underway with a fun 15 question test.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe quiz is a fantastic way of getting colorists to mix\u00a0as the teams are draw by the color you were allocated on the door. I loved the\u00a0fact that some people were still in their teams till the end of the night\u201d<\/p>\n

\"\"The Mixer was made possible by the generosity of our\u00a0fantastic sponsors, some of whom have been supporters since the very first\u00a0Mixer in 2013!<\/p>\n

The raffle was run a little different this year with the\u00a0guests putting their ticket into a ballot box that had a picture of the sponsor\u2019s prize on the outside.\u00a0This ensured the prize went to a person who wanted it, plus it held interest until\u00a0all\u00a012 prizes had been given away.<\/p>\n
