It can be taken in the classroom or via ZOOM. <\/em>It\u2019s creative and concentrates on how color correction <\/em>can bring your movie or sequence to life.<\/em><\/p>\n

You will learn how to create the traditional \u2018Looks\u2019 from Movies,<\/em>TV commercials and Music Videos. <\/em>We will then focus on matching<\/em> those \u2018Looks\u2019 not only shot to<\/em> shot, but also how to apply it across the whole scene.\u00a0<\/em>We\u2019ll work with different cut sequences, showcasing my <\/em>techniques to get the best from each timeline. <\/em>[\/vc_column_text]

  1. A face matching and beauty sequence, shot with RED and Sony A7s<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. The \u2018Film Look\u2019 How do we get it using the Resolve tools, LUTs and OFX<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. A war sequence shot on Sony F3. It\u2019s fantastic for <\/em>a \u2018Saving Private Ryan\u2019 Bleach Bypass grade, a hot J<\/em>ungle look, or the classic Day for Night.<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. \u2018House of Cards\u2019 shot for an ACS workshop. <\/em>This is a recreation of an original scene from the <\/em>classic Netflix series and is great for showcasing a fixed Node structure <\/em>that will increase your speed.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. Bad footage, we all get it. Learn different techniques to make the best <\/em>of what you have been given.<\/em><\/li>\n
  6. A Courtroom drama scene shot with 4 cameras Alexa, <\/em>Blackmagic URSA Mini, Sony and GoPro.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Students then get the chance to do <\/em>the same in a timed situation. <\/em>Reviewing, class discussion and feedback is a major part of this class. <\/em><\/p>\n

    It will simulate what a real grading project with clients is like.<\/em>This will be conducted in class and using Frame io for uploads and reviews. <\/em>Students are also encouraged to upload their own footage to work on <\/em>and share with the class.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n
